Clear Expectations Before and After Shipment

This policy outlines how Primal Chain Peptides handles cancellations, refunds, damaged shipments, and incorrect orders.

1. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

Orders canceled before shipment are generally eligible for a full refund. Refunds are normally returned through the original payment method, although processing times may vary by payment processor or financial institution.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipping processing, cancellation may no longer be available.

2. Orders That Have Shipped

After an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the sale is generally final and the order is not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Refunds are generally not issued for carrier delays, changes in estimated delivery dates, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

Customers are responsible for confirming the accuracy of their shipping information before placing an order.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged shipment or an item that does not match your order, please notify Primal Chain Peptides promptly after delivery.

To evaluate a claim, we may request photographs of the shipping container, shipping label, product received, and any visible damage, as well as other information reasonably necessary to document the issue.

After review, Primal Chain Peptides may, at its discretion and where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other reasonable resolution.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers should contact Primal Chain Peptides before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we may review the matter and attempt to resolve any legitimate concern.

Primal Chain Peptides reserves the right to provide relevant transaction, order, shipment, and delivery documentation in response to a payment dispute.

Fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive chargebacks may result in cancellation of outstanding orders or restrictions on future purchases.

5. Research-Use Requirement

All products sold by Primal Chain Peptides are intended solely for laboratory, educational, and scientific research purposes by qualified individuals.

Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, clinical or therapeutic use, or the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition.
